Delivery & Return
Our shipments are carried out by Posti (www.posti.fi) and we only ship to EU countries.
Shipments to Finland are free for orders from €100, and the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, according to Posti.
Shipments to other EU countries are free for orders from €250, and the delivery time is usually 3-10 working days, according to Posti.
We use fully tracked shipping methods where you are able to check the status of your package at any time with the tracking number.
We offer 14-day return policy if the purchase is made here (on our online shop). The return can be done within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. In other cases, all sales are final and the purchase cannot be returned. In addition, the original shipping cost is not refundable, and the shipping fee for return is paid by the customer. If your purchase was offered with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
