Whats the concept of The New Room?
The New Room offers exclusive selection of fashion, sneakers and lifestyle accessories. We work together with many international brands, and source limited products from around the world. 


Our idea is as simple as we want to deliver more cool styles to the streets.
 
What products does The New Room sell?
Sneakers, streetwear, accessories, magazines. In our physical store, you can also find coffee, soft drink, and some special events with local creatives.
Almost every piece of item at The New Room is exclusively available, which means they are sold out at their retailers and can only be found from the secondary market.
 
Are all products authentic?
Everything is 100% authentic. All the products will be inspected by our experienced staff or external experts before listed for sale.
  

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

Whats the plastic tag attached on the shoes/clothes?
It is The New Rooms Verification Tag, which proves the product is bought from The New Room.
The tag is not removable without being cut, and once a customer removes the tag from the product, we cannot offer return or any other after-sales services regarding the specific product.
In the event of returning your purchase to us, make sure the tag is attached as original.
 
I dont like my purchase any more. Can I Return?
If the purchase is made here (on our online shop), then you can return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. In other cases, all sales are final and the purchase cannot be returned. In addition, the original shipping cost is not refundable, and the shipping fee for return is paid by the customer. If your purchase was offered with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
Please make sure the item you're returning is in exactly the same condition as you received, and The New Room Verification Tag is not damaged and still attached as original.

I bought a wrong size. Can I exchange?
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange. Please always make sure the size is correct for you. If you are unsure about the sizing, you may refer to the original manufacturers size guide.

Do you ship?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Unless some products are restricted in-store purchase only, or we ship inside EU countries.
And you will receive a tracking number when your purchase is dispatched.

 
Why some prices have been changed?
The items on secondary market can float due to the demand and supply. We may change prices from time to time without notice.
Occasionally we may have an incorrect price for an item due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, if that happens to an order you have placed, The New Room reserves the right to cancel the transaction. You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.
