The price of a product is the price in effect at the time we receive your order. We may change prices from time to time without notice. Occasionally the site may have an incorrect price for an item or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake. If that happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and offer either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Default prices are in Euros. Prices listed on the Site do not include shipping charges.

All products offered at The New Room are guaranteed authentic. Our team will inspect each item carefully through a multi-stage authentication process, e.g. shape, size label, midsole stitching, insole glue, box label, box stamp, production, material, and so on.

We only authenticate our own products we sold to our customers. We do not carry out authentication service on request.

Our shipments are carried out by Posti (www.posti.fi) and we only ship to EU countries.

Shipments to Finland are free for orders from €100, and the delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, according to Posti.

Shipments to other EU countries are free for orders from €250, and the delivery time is usually 3-10 working days, according to Posti.

We use fully tracked shipping methods where you are able to check the status of your package at any time with the tracking number.

We offer 14-day return policy if the purchase is made here (on our online shop). The return can be done within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. In other cases, all sales are final and the purchase cannot be returned. In addition, the original shipping cost is not refundable, and the shipping fee for return is paid by the customer. If your purchase was offered with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

Please make sure the item you're returning is in exactly the same condition as you received, and The New Room Verification Tag is not damaged and still attached as original.
